Athletes need to commit themselves and be dedicated to the process. Patients and hard work is very crucial as a player is developing. It a building block in establishing a strong foundation for a player as they develop.
I help my athletes with these transitions working privately with them through my app. Each and every players has its own strength and weakness.
Its important to have a detailed custom plan that focus on the key areas you need to improve on. With weekly progress reports/check-ins to track progress and make necessary adjustments if needed.
